Deep Tissue
Deep-tissue massage is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction directed across the grain of the muscles with the fingers, thumbs, or elbows. It is applied with greater pressure and to deeper layers of muscle than relaxation massage.

Table Thai
Table Thai massage is an assisted yoga session with the use of a massage table, during which the therapist manipulates your body in different positions and applies gentle muscular pressure releasing the fasciae, a thin layer, band or sheet of connective tissue, primarily collagen that separates muscles. Benefits can range from boosting natural immune response, improved athletic performance, posture, breathing, to helping with arthritis and back pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is a very specialized form of manual therapy. Neuromuscular therapy is a series of techniques that involve the release of trigger points(TP’s) deep inside muscle tissues. Aids in the relief of the following: headaches, neck stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome, upper and mid-back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, TMJ pain, arm and hand pain, leg and foot pain.

Relaxation/Lymphatic
Relaxation/Lymphatic massage is a form of bodywork that uses relaxing strokes to increase circulation of blood and lymph. Employs soft strokes on the more delicate and bony structures of the body, such as the face, hands and feet, and stronger strokes over thickly muscled areas that retain stress, such as the neck and shoulders.
